I am Buğra Karslı, an AI-first builder and the founder of Xeref.ai. My work is centered around the intersection of systems, execution, and community.

I believe that “AI doesn't replace communities. Communities with AI replace everything else.” This philosophy drives every product I build and every system I design.

Beyond building products, I lead a community of AI-first builders on Skool, where we learn, ship, and scale modern AI-driven workflows together. I focus on creating tools that help builders and operators turn ideas into executable reality faster and with more precision.
